DoveHill invested in a full-service, cash-flowing, value-add 298 room Sheraton Hotel in DC’s metropolitan area, Reston, Virginia. As a result of DoveHill’s implementation of Wurzak Hotel Group’s best management practices and DoveHill’s active asset management approach, the hotel performed ahead of initial expectation, resulting in distributions within months of closing. In 2020/2021 the hotel underwent a complete property-wide renovation to the guest rooms, exterior facade, lobby, restaurant, and meeting rooms in an effort to increase cash flow and a high yield.
