INDUSTRY-LEADING INCENTIVES
We view all brokers and acquisition consultants as friends of DoveHill, which is why we believe in offering the most advantageous package of incentives. Below is just an example of the types of incentives we offer.
0.50% BONUS
We offer our partners a bonus of up to 50 basis points in addition to the seller-paid commission. This means that if you bring us a $50MM deal, you may earn a $250,000 finder’s fee bonus.
ABILITY TO CO-INVEST
We offer our partners the opportunity to contribute capital and invest in the deals they bring to us.

We are seeking hospitality investments in high-growth, high barrier-to-entry markets with a focus on value-add, repositioning, or ground-up development of lifestyle, full service, and boutique hotel opportunities.
Fee Simple Hotel Acquisitions
Asset Type (Full service, lifestyle, resort, and boutique fee simple hotels)
Opportunity Type (Value-add repositioning, ground up-development, or trophy asset)
Key Count (Minimum of 80 keys, market dependent)
Location (Florida, Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina, Arizona, and other high growth, high barrier-to-entry markets throughout the United States)
Branding (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or independent)
