DoveHill co-developed this ground-up project which was the first new hotel built in the City of Philadelphia in 10 years. Following the great recession of 2009 the property Owner needed to pivot the business plan from a 5 star W Hotel and Residences. DoveHill saw an opportunity to reposition the property as a Home2Suites by Hilton and made a joint investment with the property Owner to execute that business plan.
