DoveHill was the Development Partner for the 1 Hotel Sunnyvale, a 358 ground up luxury hotel located in Silicon Valley. DoveHill was brought in to begin feasibility, entitlement, design coordination, and reconstruction services. The hotel was fully entitled with 100% CD drawings. However, the project was halted due to Covid-19. The hotel site is located adjacent to one of the Google HQ buildings in the heart of Silicon Valley, and only 45 minutes away from San Francisco and Oakland. The Hotel is expected to feature an impressive elevated arrival entrance, signature restaurant, greenhouse bar, rooftop pool and bar, freestanding spa, and over 12,000 SF of meeting space including an elevated 9,000 SF grand ballroom.
